Closed on Mondays for 'Good Reason'

Hi Everyone,

Current Hours for the farm are:

Tuesday through Sunday 10:00am-5:00pm

At which time only self-guided tours are avail-
able unless scheduled in advance until the
first week of September when someone will
again be on site full time.

We decided to close the farm on Mondays so
we can do non-historic repair/maintenance-
i.e. tractor ' cutting', weed whacking and the like.

This is also being designated as a day when those
volunteers that love to help out at the farm but
don't get all 'warm and fuzzy' over dressing in full
18th century garb can come on by throw on a yel-
low 'Coggeshall Farm' tee-shirt and get dirty!
(tee shirts are complimentary).

So all of you out there with that special skill,
that unsung talent that you know you have-
you excellent weed whackers, stump pullers
and barn muckers- come and join us...
THIS MONDAY'S for YOU !
( well, and of course, the Farm too ;0 )
