As the harvest season gets underway,
Mr. Nunnery will offer an in depth and
provocative look at RI's farms and the
many things they have to offer today
and for the future.

Nunnery will have on hand inform-
ation and materials about launch of
Rhode Island Farm Ways -  a farm
destination marketing campaign design-
ed to showcase farms and expand agri-
tourism activities and "alternative enter-
prises" that are conducted on our farms
and other sites provide not only adven-
tures and learning opportunities for the
public, but also a significant portion of
farm income for our farmers."

Mr. Stu Nunnery is the Director of
Rhode Island Center for Agricultural
Promotion and Education(RICAPE).
A writer, speaker, trainer and consultant,
he brings an eclectic history of achieve-
ment and acclaim in leadership on issues
of food farming systems education, com-
munity and partnership development and
public health - with a special interest on
how information in communicated to the
public.
